SALESFORCE INTEGRATION DEVELOPER – REMOTE
We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Integration Developer with 10+ years of experience in cloud application integration, particularly using Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This is a fully remote, long-term contract role supporting a high-visibility integration initiative. The ideal candidate is technically strong, agile-minded, and collaborative with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Develop robust system architectures and technical designs
• Break down complex designs into actionable development tasks
• Oversee offshore development resources and ensure quality of deliverables
• Design, build, and test high-quality Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with product managers and business users to define and refine system requirements
• Participate in design meetings, offering technical input and direction
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for installation and ongoing maintenance
• Deliver technical presentations to business and technology stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
• Strong understanding of full systems development life cycle, ideally within a SAFe Agile framework
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD-II preferred)
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning (LWC and Aura), Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows
• Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST API integrations, SOQL, Apex Classes, Triggers, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles, sharing rules, audit trails)
• Experience working with Managed and Unmanaged Packages
• Knowledge of Salesforce Streaming API, Change Data Capture, or Platform Events is a plus
• Working knowledge of GitHub and experience integrating with tools like Oracle CPQ, Apttus CPQ, or DocuSign
• Awareness of software industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma) and financial compliance standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
• A proactive and responsive work ethic with a strong sense of accountability

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with financial industry regulations or working in regulated environments
• Previous experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise CPQ or eSignature platforms
