We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM/365 Technical Lead to join our team for a 12+ month hybrid assignment in Flushing, NY. This role involves designing and implementing application solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Online, with a focus on hands-on development.

What You’ll Do
•    Design and implement application solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Online.
•    Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective Dynamics solutions.
•    Develop web and Azure applications, including Azure Logic Apps.
•    Utilize Azure DevOps Services and Git for development and deployment.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Bring
•    5+ years of experience in solution design and implementation with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Online, including advanced customizations and integrations.
•    5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements to create Dynamics-based solutions.
•    10+ years of experience in hands-on development with C#, API, and Angular.
•    3+ years of experience in web development and Azure application development, including Azure Logic Apps.
•    2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Services and Git.
•    Proven experience working within a government agency, with a solid understanding of agency-specific needs and requirements.

•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative hybrid environment.
•    Experience in large-scale Dynamics CRM/365 implementation projects.
