HR DATA ENTRY CLERK – FULLY REMOTE
Our client, a major non-profit association advocating for older adults, seeks a Data Entry Clerk for an 18-month fully remote contract, working EST hours.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.
• Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards, examine data records, inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Administrative support to a department or individual.
• Type correspondences including email responses, memos, forms, policies and procedures and managing confidential information in a professional manner.
• Provide first-level support for all end-users of HR related systems.
• Manage HR Shared Services Team email box. Escalate calls and user issues when appropriate.
• Follow up on all user issues in a timely manner and follow through to resolution.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as necessary.
• Interface with all departments of the company and represent the Human Resources team in a highly professional manner.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience working in HR administrative processes, including data entry.
• High emphasis on attention to detail.
• Ability to manage standard data entry processes without making errors.
• Ability to communicate very professionally through email.
• Experience managing email communications in a clear and consistent fashion.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
