CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE MARKETING MANAGER – REMOTE

Our client, a leader in construction management software, is seeking a fully remote Construction Software Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. This full-time role focuses on driving the go-to-market strategy for their cloud-based construction collaboration platform. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing and a deep understanding of the construction industry, leveraging their knowledge to position Touchplan as the leading software solution for general and specialty contractors.

What You’ll Do
•    Develop and execute product marketing strategies that establish Touchplan as the industry leader in construction planning and collaboration.
•    Lead go-to-market efforts for new product features and releases, including creating compelling messaging, launch plans, and sales enablement materials.
•    Conduct in-depth market research to understand construction industry needs, trends, and competitive positioning, translating insights into impactful product messaging.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to align on strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all customer interactions.
•    Create and manage engaging content to educate and retain customers, such as case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and presentations.
•    Analyze and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies.

What You’ll Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with significant experience in the construction industry.
•    Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software products.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling product messaging.
•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
