Paid Search Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead paid search strategy and execution for a fast-growing home services marketplace platform. This is a full-time, fully remote position supporting large-scale customer acquisition initiatives across multiple brands and hundreds of local markets.
The role focuses heavily on Google Ads and Bing, including Responsive Search Ads (RSA), Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), Performance Max, AI Search Max, and Demand Gen campaigns. You’ll own performance across the funnel, from ad impression through conversion tracking and landing page optimization, while managing significant advertising spend and driving measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead paid search strategy and day-to-day execution across Google Ads and Bing campaigns
- Manage RSA, DSA, Performance Max, AI Search Max, and Demand Gen campaigns across multiple brands and markets
- Develop and optimize smart bidding strategies including tCPA, tROAS, and portfolio bidding models
- Own attribution tracking, event tracking implementation, conversion QA, and data integrity for campaign measurement
- Drive landing page optimization and customer journey improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce funnel leakage
- Manage budget allocation across brands, campaign types, and geographic markets to maximize ROAS
- Build and execute structured testing programs for ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Analyze campaign performance data and surface actionable insights to improve acquisition efficiency
- Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and scalable operational processes for paid search management
- Monitor seasonal demand trends and adjust spend pacing, campaign ramps, pauses, and reactivation strategies accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams to support growth initiatives
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign optimization, reporting, ad creation, and workflow automation
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on paid search marketing experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Bing campaigns
- Strong experience with Responsive Search Ads (RSA), Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns
- Deep understanding of smart bidding strategies, campaign structure, and paid search optimization methodologies
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets with accountability for CAC and ROAS performance
- Strong analytical skills with advanced experience using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Experience with attribution modeling, event tracking, conversion tracking QA, and tag management systems
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and customer acquisition funnels
- Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and make data-driven decisions quickly
- Experience working in highly seasonal or multi-market campaign environments preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign optimization, analysis, automation, or content generation
