Brand Campaign Manager
We are seeking a Brand Campaign Manager to help lead integrated marketing campaigns for a mission-driven organization focused on improving the digital lives of kids and families. This full-time exempt position is based onsite in San Francisco and reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.
The role combines brand strategy, creative campaign development, paid media execution, and cross-functional campaign leadership across digital, social, and broadcast channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals, audience insights, and brand priorities
- Lead campaign ideation and concept development for major brand initiatives and campaigns
- Create campaign briefs that guide creative teams while maintaining strategic direction and messaging consistency
- Partner with designers, video producers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels
- Own and execute brand-focused paid campaigns across social media and broadcast platforms
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand and performance marketing initiatives
- Translate complex topics related to AI safety, digital wellness, policy advocacy, and research findings into compelling audience-friendly messaging
- Partner with research, insights, and data teams to develop campaigns grounded in audience understanding
- Build messaging frameworks that resonate with parents, educators, policymakers, and youth audiences
- Coordinate campaign integration with communications, editorial, and program teams
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and specialized creative partners as needed
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize creative strategies based on data and insights
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Present campaign strategies and creative concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders
- Monitor creative trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted marketing opportunities to support innovation
What You’ll Bring
- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, creative production, or marketing operations
- 2 to 3 years of experience coordinating cross-functional marketing projects and workflows
- Strong understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns are planned, developed, and executed end to end
- Experience collaborating with creative, growth, social, video, and events teams
- Experience supporting senior leadership with coordination, presentations, and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain deadlines, and navigate high-pressure campaign launches
- Experience managing external vendors, deliverables, budgets, and campaign timelines
- Proficiency with Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, and related collaboration tools
- Ability to manage scope appropriately and provide constructive pushback when necessary
