Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to help drive pipeline growth and regional marketing initiatives for a fast-growing cloud technology organization. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Austin, Texas, focused on planning and executing high-impact field marketing campaigns, executive events, and customer experiences across the Americas region.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of event execution, pipeline ownership, sales alignment, and marketing analytics experience within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute regional field marketing campaigns and events designed to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement
  • Lead high-touch marketing experiences including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, and customer events
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to align marketing activities with territory goals and pipeline targets
  • Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, venue selection, and overall campaign logistics
  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Design teams to ensure campaign consistency and accurate tracking
  • Track campaign performance metrics including sales-ready leads, opportunity creation, and revenue influence
  • Analyze campaign and event results and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization
  • Support digital and in-person marketing programs across the Americas region
  • Ensure timely lead capture, reporting, and follow-up processes following events and campaigns

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Revenue Marketing, or Campaign Management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience executing field marketing events that generate qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Strong understanding of marketing pipeline metrics and sales alignment strategies
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Clay, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, Texas
