DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

 

Our client, a major membership-based organization, seeks a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join their team for a long-term contract position in Washington, DC (may be performed remotely for highly qualified candidates).  This position will use the digital collaboration tools of Jira and Confluence to coordinate projects which optimize the digital experience of current and prospective members. This is a critical function in evolving and growing the Organization's digital channels.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review the current processes for coordinating digital projects with Jira and Confluence, recommend improvements that relieve pain points, and lead effort to implement improvements.
  • Support the overall delivery of campaigns by ensuring timely trafficking of campaigns, performance optimization, troubleshooting and reporting. Entails campaign set up and coordination across multiple digital platforms.
  • Project manage campaign timelines for creative, offers and tracking across all digital membership channels.
  • Work with the Membership team to manage development workflow and ensure the timely execution of digital marketing assets (including landing pages and join/renew forms).
  • Collaborate with Agency, Business Analysis and Database teams to collect, analyze and report on campaign data.
  • Proactively work with digital subject matter experts to troubleshoot any campaign/creative issues that affect serving, tracking, implementation, or reporting.
  • Develop campaign maintenance process, monitoring, performance analysis (audience / campaign / placement). Collaborate closely with digital media subject matter experts to modify and troubleshoot campaigns and ads throughout their lifecycle, and execute change requests and revisions to ad campaigns.
  • Analyze current processes continuously and seek opportunities to automate, where possible, to improve the efficiency of all digital channels. Develop new processes as appropriate as team needs change and process gaps are identified.
  • Manage project roadmaps to ensure timely execution, communicating progress on a weekly basis.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management using Jira and Confluence
  • Must be a proactive thinker that maintains a positive attitude
  • Strong project management experience with digital marketing
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines
